From simple contactor control to the convenience of thyristor controllers in cascades, ELMESS-Thermosystemtechnik can provide the right controller for your heating requirements.

Power and temperature regulation can be used both to monitor heating to excessive temperatures and for optimum regulation of the medium temperature, tailored to the heating process.

Integration in the switch cabinet or on the mounting plate is performed as SK according to EN 61439-2.
The heaters are monitored using tested devices and can be supplied with a calculated SIL value as an option.

The heaters can be controlled as a simple circuit with contactors or as a convenient, infinitely-variable regulator with thyristor controllers and digital regulators or a PLC.

Modern thyristor regulators are optimised to the heating process. Individual heating groups can be regulated in sequence to heat up the medium homogeneously.

Power and temperature controls that are tailored to the heating process and with suitable types of ignition protection are manufactured for installation in areas at risk of dust and gas explosions. They can be installed directly alongside the heaters. All controls and displays can be designed to be visible and operable from the outside.
