Production
ELMESS invests consistently in the modernisation and expansion of the company. The latest machines and systems for efficient and smooth production processes are available over a production surface area of around 3,000 sq. m.:

Meeting the highest quality and safety standards is our aim. Complete testing takes place from the design phase right through to delivery. This enables us to guarantee the consistently high quality of all products.
Quality
Quality is intrinsic for us. For this reason, we manufacture our products ourselves exclusively in Uelzen, Germany, and place great emphasis on aspects like safety and reliability in all areas of our business. Thanks to these aspirations, we have developed into one of the leading manufacturers of electric heaters, heating systems, monitoring equipment, control systems and explosion-proof appliances worldwide over the past almost eight decades. - More than 30 experienced engineers, technicians and technical draughtspeople advise our customers and develop tailor-made solutions for them.
- Over 50 qualified skilled workers and specialists in mechanical and electrical production, assembly and quality assurance are responsible for turning them into reality.
- With a view to the future, we regularly train industrial mechanics and industrial electricians as well as mechanical and electrical engineers in combined work and study programmes.
- The logistics department ensures a smooth process from purchasing to shipping.

Company founder dies.
The shareholders of the Dortmund-based company Eugen Klöpper take over ELMESS. Alfred Beimdick and Friedrich Hinz become Managing Directors, Günter Maack becomes Site Manager in Uelzen. ELMESS has 30 employees. Application areas and the customer base are expanded continuously after this, new production halls and production facilities are added.
Change of name
to ELMESS-Thermosystemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG to emphasise our expertise in providing solutions for electrical heating systems.
Certification according to ISO 9001 ...

A new production hall covering 900 m² expands the production area by 60%. ELMESS has 55 employees.
